Grant description: In the support of intrapreneurship, the LCG-SUSS Kickstart Fund seeks to enable non-profit organisations (NPOs) to improve their current business offerings within their current organisation and/or create a spinoff that will generate revenue for their beneficiaries.

Disbursement of grant will be in two tranches:

**The project start date must not exceed three months from the date the NPO acknowledges the Letter of Offer. *Necessary justification documents for milestone completion and required deliverables should be submitted to SUSS no later than three months after the project concludes. NB: It may take up to two months for the funds to be disbursed and received in the NPO's bank account.

All applicants must submit a one-page project proposal that outlines the scope of the project. The proposal must minimally include the following elements:

  1. Introduction of the Project

    1. Problem Statement: Briefly describe the issue your project aims to address.
    2. Proposed Solution: Describe your approach to solving the problem identified.

    Example: "Addressing the nutritional needs of the elderly by developing a range of easy-to-consume, nutritious soft foods."

  2. Aim of the Project

    1. Purpose: Describe the key purpose of the pilot (e.g. to understand feasibility, viability) Example Purpose: Testing the feasibility of a soft food product line for the elderly.
    2. Milestones for the duration of the project (Indicators of Success): Specify measurable outcomes that will indicate the project's success. Example Indicator: Successful creation and testing of three soft food prototypes with positive feedback from at least 60% of participants
  3. Implementation Plan and Financial Strategy

    1. Usage of Funds: Detail how the awarded funds of $10,000 will be utilised to support the project. </aside>
